HOW WE WORK
We ensure that our implementations serve as exemplary solutions. To guarantee the highest and most consistent quality of our work, every project—regardless of its scale or value—is executed through a six-step process, ensuring seamless communication from concept to implementation and safe client use.
1. CONCEPT
During workshops with the client, we define the needs and goals of the system. If possible, we conduct workshops at existing client locations and provide demonstration kits. For large projects, we also prepare space visualizations and user scenarios for each type of space.
2. DESIGN
In the design phase, we create execution documentation, a list of all equipment – Bill Of Material, and connection diagrams. At this stage, we also prepare interdisciplinary guidelines, cable route plans, and integration instructions for the investor’s or general contractor’s systems, such as BMS, HVAC, etc.
3. VERIFICATION
The Client Manager hands over responsibilities to the Project Manager and Engineer, who oversee the process until completion. This is the most crucial yet least visible phase. Key devices undergo verification in test conditions, get updated, and are pre-programmed.
4. INSTALLATION
During installation, cable routes are prepared, and devices are mounted in their final locations. Once the wiring passes verification, the equipment is connected and tested again. The Project Manager coordinates SLX’s work along with related trade and finishing tasks.
5. IMPLEMENTATION
This is the most visible stage. Once cleaning work is completed and the site is secured, a dedicated integration team arrives to launch and finalize system programming according to expectations and project documentation.
6. TRAINING
During training, the client receives instructions for each device, as-built documentation, and practical guidance on operating AV systems for users, as well as AV and IT support teams. The documentation is also sent to the after-sales support department.
